Terms

These terms apply to anything you buy from us. Nothing here removes rights you have under UK consumer law.

Who you are dealing with

Still & Wick, trading in the United Kingdom. Contact address: hello@stillandwick.co.uk. Company and VAT details will be added once registered.

Orders

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.

Price

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out on the returns page.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If something is faulty, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Our liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We remain liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud, where the law does not allow us to exclude it.

Governing law

The law of England and Wales applies.
